Billy lifted his hips to help facilitate the removal of his own before slowly dragging Mike's the rest of the way down. Billy had not noticed Mike's attention on his hands in the car, but he was often too focused on getting them out of one form of danger or another to pay much attention to where Mike's eyes were.
