He's not sure what he's expecting. Another talk, maybe, but mainly a stilted, forced conversation that ended with Billy either using the TV or heading into his room. He tries to focus on his work, tries to focus on something that's not Billy's presence. It doesn't work.

But Billy sits down and Mike doesn't even want to look at him, for fear he'll ruin whatever's happening. That's when Billy touched him, drew him in.

Mike's eyes widened, but only briefly before they fluttered closed. He immediately leaned forward, not only into the kiss but into Billy, and the marker in his hand was dropped as he shifts. He doesn't want to think about what this means, but his hands start running up Billy's arms and to his shoulders, soft and exploratory.

They shouldn't be doing this.
